Sedangkan, pernikahannya terakhir saat dia berusia 55 tahun dengan gadis berumur 16 tahun.
Tetapi umur pernikahan yang terakhir tersebut paling singkat hanya dua minggu.
Pria yang tinggal di Kampung Babong, Sering, Kedai Lalat, Malaysia tersebut memiliki 46 anak dan 200 cucu dari 19 istrinya.
“Dari 19 pernikahan, kebanyakan kami bercerai hidup, tetapi hubungan anak-anak cukup baik dan sering berkumpul, termasuk waktu yang berkesan untuk keluarga kami,” ujar pria yang merupakan guru silat tersebut.
Che Soh mengatakan dirinya memiliki sifat yang diinginkan wanita hingga dia bisa menarik gadis lain meskipun sudah memiliki banyak istri.
“Walaupun tegas, tetapi saya seorang yang penyayang dan lucu. Semua 19 istri saya nikahi saat mereka berusia belasan tahun,” ujarnya.
Dia mengucapkan syukur kepada Tuhan karena dianugerahi istri yang baik dan menurut dengan dirinya.
Bahkan, tiga istrinya pernah tinggal serumah selama 10 tahun, sebelum mereka mempunyai rumah masing-masing.
Ia mengaku masih berkeinginan menikah lagi, tetapi sang putri menasihati agar tidak mencari istri lagi.
“Kini saya mempunyai tiga istri dan sisa umur saya sekarang dihabiskan untuk beribadah,” ujarnya.
Istri pertama Che Soh, Mariam Kadir (60), mengatakan suaminya merupakan sosok yang baik dan bisa berlaku adil kepada semua istrinya.
“Suami seorang yang baik dan berlaku adil kepada semua istrinya. Hubungan kami akrab seperti kakak beradik dan setiap Idulfitri, rumah kami ramai semuanya berkumpul,” ujar Mariam.
