Kasus pencabulan anak di bawah umur kembali terjadi. Seorang siswi SMP
di Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat menjadi korban pencabulan guru les
vokalnya hingga hamil. Kehamilan korban baru diketahui oleh orangtuanya
saat kandungannya memasuki bulan ke-8.
Korban kemudian mengaku telah dicabuli pelaku saat sedang les vokal.
Orangtua pun korban geram dan langsung melaporkan perbuatan cabul pelaku
ke Polres Padang Panjang.
1. Orangtua korban curiga
Dilansir dari Kompas.com Selasa (15/10/19), sambil mengajar les olah
vokal, seorang guru privat berinisial ID (51) tega melakukan pencabulan
terhadap anak didiknya sendiri, DPK (14). Ironisnya, perbuatan ID
diketahui setelah DPK yang merupakan pelajar di sebuah SMP di Kota
Padang Panjang, Sumatera Barat itu hamil 8 bulan.
Selama hamil hingga kandungannya memasuki usai 8 bulan, korban berusaha
menyembunyikannya dari orangtua. Semakin lama, korban tak bisa lagi
menyembunyikan kehamilannya dikarenakan perutnya yang semakin besar.
Orangtua korban pun curiga karena korban sering lelah dan kondisi
fisiknya berubah.
Akhirnya orangtua korban membeli alat tes kehamilan dan melakukan tes
urine pada Minggu (13/10/19). Berdasarkan hasil tes tersebut menunjukkan
bahwa korban positif hamil. Untuk memastikan kembali, orangtua korban
membawanya ke bidan.
"Selanjutnya orangtua korban membawa anaknya ke bidan untuk memeriksakan
kandungan anaknya dan berdasar pemeriksaan tersebut diketahui usia
kehamilan korban telah mencapai 37-38 minggu," jelas Kapolres Padang
Panjang, AKBP Sugeng Hariyadi.
2. Guru dan teman juga tak menyadari korban hamil
Setelah kehamilan korban terungkap, orangtua korban langsung melaporkan
kejadian yang menimpa anaknya ke Polres Padang Panjang pada hari Minggu
(13/10/19) lalu.
“Dia pintar menyembunyikan kehamilannya. Sampai 8 bulan tidak ada yang
tahu hingga orangtuanya curiga karena dia sering kelelahan dan ada
perubahan di tubuhnnya,” ujar Kapolres Padang Panjang, AKBP Sugeng
Hariyadi, Rabu (16/10/19).
Saat hamil, korban juga menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari seperti biasa.
Ia bahkan masih pergi ke sekolah dan bermain dengan teman-temannya.
Kehamilannya itu pun tak diketahui oleh guru dan teman-teman sekolah
korban.
“Selama hamil dia tetap sekolah. Dia bisa sembunyikan kehamilannya dari kawan-kawannya,” imbuh Sugeng.
3. Dicabuli saat les vokal
Tim Polres Padang Panjang langsung bergerak cepat memburu pelaku. Saat
dibekuk polisi, pelaku mengaku mengalami patah tulang sehingga harus
dirawat di rumah sakit. Polisi belum tahu pasti apakah penyebab pelaku
mengalami patah tulang karena dihakimi warga atau ada sebab lainnya.
“Kami masih mendalami, cuma setelah diserahkan ke kami, pelaku
mengeluhkan sakit. Apakah dihajar massa, kita kurang tahu juga. Pelaku
mengaku merasa sakit di tulang rusuk, apa sakitnya, tidak tahu juga,”
kata Sugeng dikutip dari Kumparan.com.
Selain guru les vokal, diketahui pelaku juga merupakan seorang pemain
orgen tunggal di daerah tempat tinggalnya. Saat diperiksa polisi, pelaku
mengakui perbuatannya.
Ia mencabuli korban sebanyak 4 kali saat mengajar. Polisi menduga
perbuatan bejat pelaku sudah dilakukan sejak tahun 2018 melihat usia
kehamilan korban.
“Dari laporan yang kami terima, tindakan pencabulan dilakukan sebanyak empat kali, saat les,” pungkas Sugeng.
Polisi akan terus mendalami kasus ini dan memeriksa pelaku setelah
keluar dari rumah sakit. Atas perbuatannya itu, pelaku terancam hukuman
20 tahun penjara tentang Undang-undang Perlindungan Anak.
